Following the 2-1 victory at Anfield, the media suddenly thrust Barnsley back in to the spotlight. It was major regional, national and international news. Barnsley were then matched against defending champions Chelsea at Oakwell, a game they also won 1-0. It felt as though the Reds were writing modern history and maybe they were. Reports were being written and TV crews were filming, player’s and fan’s views and opinions were being captured. The Full House was in the thick of it; this is where much of that activity took place.
